Gases from uncovered landfills threaten the climate and nearby communities. StratX installs engineered covers that use microbes to destroy methane (CH4) and alkaline materials to lock away carbon dioxide (CO2). We finance and operate our systems at no cost to the landfill and share revenue locally.

Microbes oxidize CH4 and alkaline materials bind CO2.

Measure reductions and generate credits

We quantify avoided emissions using rigorous monitoring and partner with leading registries to generate high-integrity carbon credits.

04.
Monetize and share revenue

Credit sales fund the system and return value to operators, host governments, and local communities.
